Am having problems using NetworkManager & nm-applet on a Thinkpad T30
with prism (orinoco_pci/hermes) setup.
I can see my access point in the nm-applet list, and successfully select
it, popping up a dialogue to enter WEP passphrase, but it doesn't seem
to communicate the passphrase to the NIC.
iwconfig output when I've set up the network manually;
dev5116 IEEE 802.11b ESSID:"*******" Nickname:"atlantis"
Mode:Managed Frequency:2.437 GHz Access Point: ********

iwconfig output after nm-applet has tried to connect

Any ideas about where to look? My neighbour has an unsecured network
which I am unable to connect to as well using NetworkManager...
