Gentoo/NetworkManager

This is in response to the thread about NetworkManager and Gentoo, and
the missing dhclient-script from sbin - not sure how, but I seem to
have lost the pkg_postint from NetworkManager's ebuild - there is no
setup that needs to be done, just that by default, Gentoo doesn't use
dhclient-script, so the ebuild used to tell you that you had to
"cp /etc/dhcp/dhclient-script.sample /sbin/dhclient-script"
