Autoswitching?

Hi!
I just installed NetworkManager on my IBM T40 running gentoo. I used the
NetworkManager-20041208 ebuild from breakmygentoo.net. It work quite
fine, it connects to my wireless and wired network but it doesn't
autoswitch! Has this feature been implemented yet?
