Ok, it's in. Although I renamed it to "Always use.." because you
actually can use the location bar when you need it without always using
it (Ctrl+L). That wording might inspire people to investigate about
that. The main problem is the poor discoverability of that feature I
think (None of my tech-savy coworkers found out about it without me
telling them - They were like "Ctrl+L? WTF? How am I supposed to know
that?").
We really need that browse button the filechooser bug is talking about,
that would make that option pretty much obsolete.
