user guide updates for nautilus section

We have a work in progress patch for updating the user-guide for the
latest version of nautilus.  Much of the old information was very
outdated (such as start-here:/// uris, etc) and needed to be removed.

It would be helpful if someone could take an hour or so to look at it
and give comments on what else needs to be removed, and new features
that may be worth mentioning.
