There recently was a lengthy debate about what to do
with the permissions dialog.
Just like the file conflict dialog, nothing was
decided because instead of agreeing on small simple
changes we all got carried away with complete
redesigns. AFAIK we've now missed the boat for 2.14
and users are going to have to wait another 6 months
(at least!) for an improvement.

Am I the only one who feels this is like the Golgafrinchams?
