I've commited the smaller close button but not the frame part for
2.14.1. While I agree that it looks better without the frame, we'll have
to look into the frame usage in general. If we remove the frame from the
sidebar title, it looks to me like we'd have to give the sidebar content
panes a frame (like the notes panel already has). If we do that, we'll
have to give the directory view one too.
So I'd like to experiment a bit with it during 2.15.
