And for moving them. (See
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86532, which covers both.)
Rather than Ctrl+plus/minus, we might consider using the arrow keys in
the same way that metacity does for resizing windows, which would give
us bonus points for consistency. I guess it depends whether users
always want to retain the icon aspect ratio or not; probably yes, most
of the time, but maybe not if they're using the text file preview
feature.
