IMHO we really should add the functionality that the Desktop-wide Run
Application dialog offers to Nautilus' Open Location dialog as well. I
remember that Nautilus uses some internal mechanism for its Open
Location dialog which is faster than gnome_vfs_url_show. Maybe if the
opened target is not a folder, gnome_vfs_url_show should be called for
it.
