Does the CVS version include the Spatial settings his screenshot shows?
He has:

* Setting Left click folder action (Open in New Window or not)

* Setting Middle click folder action (Open in New Window or not)

* Whether to show bookmarks menu

* Whether to show path in status bar

It would be fantastic to at least include the first of those.
