File operation dialog on all workspaces

Hello. 

There is small but very annoying problem - when you copy large files on the desktop, 
the progress dialog is placed on all workspaces. The reason is that nautilus calls 
gtk_window_set_transient_for ( destination_window ). In the case of Desktop, the dialog 
should be transient for desktop. But after that dialog is placed on all workspaces.

How this problem can be solved? I think it would be optimal to fix it in nautilus and if destination dialog is desktop, doesnt call set_transient_for.
