icons refreshing

hello,

i have some nautilus scripts that will perform operations on jpegs. on
one of my computers after right clicking on a jpeg and chosing
"rotate_180" the file's icon is updated and the image is upside-down. on
my laptop the operation works correctly (the actual jpeg is rotated),
but the icon is not refreshed. i do have fam installed, i am not sure if
that is necessary. any suggestions or hints for debugging this one.
