The annoyingly dumb thing in this whole issue
Is that about 5.5 billion people who shouldn't be affected by software
patents are.

The flipside to the wonders of connectivity that the internet brings.
If it were up to me, I'd commit it
If Apple complain
remove it.

I know I'm being naive and living in fantasyland,
but in theory, damages should be limited to Apple's loss of earnings due
to
a) People switching from OSX because Nautilus has spring loaded folders 
b) People not switching to OSX for the same reason

Which would be hard to prove, and very very small numbers.

Ahh, I can dream.
