Hello everybody !
I 've just two question for you :
First of all, I have a problem with nautilus-2.3.6.
I compiled and installed the program, but, when I launch nautilus, I got an
error message "Nautilus couldn't locate the Nautilus_shell.server file, try
using bonobo-slay...".
My version of bonobo activation is : 2.2.2.1.
I tried all the methods suggested in the error message, but it still don't
work : do you have any idea about that ?
n.b. : i use kdm as window manager. Can it be the source of the problem ?
Now I have an other question : I'm a student working for a university, and my
boss ask me to developp a "nomad desktop" i.e. a kiosk application that allow
students to browse the web, launch local application, save local file, print to
local printer via a distant connexion.
I suggested, to make the connection, to use ssh with x tunneling, either the
linux version or with the cygwin version.
Now for the remote application, I hesitate between konqueror and
nautilus/galeon, besause both of them allow the specification.
So my question is : Is there a way to put nautilus in kiosk mode (no toolbar,
access control of the programm, no exitable fullscreen )? Maybe by modifying
source code ?
Do you have any suggestion how to make this possible ?
Thank you very much by advance
