about the floppy

Nautilus doenst want to open the floppy which is on the desktop after
mounting it.
an error message appears : Nautilus has no installed viewer to
.../gnome-desktop/floppy
... It is the same thing with Start here and Trash.
I can reach the floppy by wrting the right location /mnt/floppy
but it is frustating that the double click on the icon does not work.
Is anybody could answer me
