In that case, there better be a way to deselect default-scripts.
However, this probably could be done the way it "should be done".

Keep the default scripts in a location like /usr/share/nautilus/scripts
and then put symlinks in the skeleton for new users. This way the user can
remove the symlinks themselves if they are no longer interrested in the
script.
