SV: [PATCH] show only folders in tree by default

Does the folder tree still show a arrow (to expand folder) before empty
folders (or more specific folders that just contain files but no
subdirs) when this option is used? It used to do this, but my bugs about
it got closed since no-one saw it as a bug (probably since no at eazle
used the option).

If it's still got this arrow (with the only function that when you click
it, the arrow turns but no expansion happens) I think it should be fixed
since it just feels broken.
