Patch for 74311 - crash on startup/background repaint

Hi, I've added patches for libbackground and nautilus at:

In Nautilus, it realizes the desktop window as soon as possible, so that
the gnome-settings-daemon (using libbackground) knows it is running.

In libbackground it does a final check for Nautilus just before setting
the pixmap.

It seems to fix the problem for me, and I could reproduce it easily
before.

(I'm only asking for approval of the nautilus part here.)
