rubber band selection bug

hi

	i just changed the settings of mi desktop to use a 75% zoom level, at
this level, the rubber band leaves a lot of dirt on the screen when
doing fast movements with the mouse pointer. Where should i report this
bugs, nautilus or gnomecanvas??
