[Nautilus-list] Desktop folder

In earlier versions of nautilus 1.1.x the desktop was a non-hidden file in the
user's home directory called Desktop. Now it's a hidden directory
.gnome-desktop. Why was it changed and can it be changed back. I'll file a bug
if needed. It's really nice having the desktop not being hidden, as it allows
the user to save files to the desktop from other applications. Please change this.
