hi

	i'm fixing a simple bug in the Music View, it's related to Nautilus not
comverting to UTF-8 the title of the songs and artits. 

Which is the right moment to do the conversion to UTF-8, when nautilus
reads the ID3 tags or when constructing the TreeView?
