jettisoning old docs

Folks -
With the Eugene O'Connor's new docs, we can now get rid of the old ones.
They are included as a chapter in the Users Guide, and we'll link
directly to that rather than shipping a separate doc.

We still need to get the help menu item linked up (see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73078 - I assume this will be
shortly solved) but we'll soon have Nautilus docs!

The attached patch removes the old docs from the build. Let me know if
it's OK to commit, I'll add a changelog entry. I also will cvs remove
the old docs, if no one minds.
