Patch for 85286 - icons disappear in list view at 25%

Hi, I've added a simple patch to:

It wasn't setting the pixbuf column when creating the treeview, and it
only set it when changing the zoom level. So if the zoom level didn't
need to be changed (i.e. was 25%) it wan't setting the pixbuf column.

So the patch sets it to FM_LIST_MODEL_SMALLEST_ICON_COLUMN to match the
initial zoom level.
