minor feature axed ...

Hi there,

	Meant to say; the highly non-useful (and slow) feature whereby you
could call your .svg icon 'foo.png' and assign it to a theme / directory
and it would still work is axed.

	This is because it entailed doing an expensive synchronous mime sniff
per icon you would ever see, before using it - which is not worthwhile [
IMHO ].

	Not that anyone's that interested - but it should speed things up a
little too I hope.
