This doesn't reset things to the factory defaults. It resets things to 
the global preferences set in the preferences dialog.

If you think the term "defaults" is clearer for that case, then this 
change is all right.

But I think the terminology makes it more ambiguous whether this will 
reset to "factory defaults" or "user-chosen defaults".
