2 words. Springloaded Folders :)
Drag the automake.deb to the debs folder, keep hold of it for a while,
the directory opens in the current window giving the red-carpet and
apt-get directory, select one of them and hold it over, and after a
while it opens etc...until you finally drop the icon, it gets
copied/moved/whatevered and then you get returned to the original
directory.

Mmmmm, I think this sounds nice.
