[Nautilus-list] libnautilus-extensions -> libnautilus-private renaming

I just committed Nautilus changes that rename libnautilus-extensions to
libnautilus-private.  We made this change to make it obvious that the
stuff in that library is private to nautilus and not meant for public
consumption.

There still is code in libnautilus-private that might be usable in third
party projects and we can move it to Eel as needed.
