a few things:

	 if you update rpm, please update all the rpm related
	packages while your at it, in particular "rpm-python"

	The deps between rpm-python and rpm need to be fixed, so this 
	isnt possible (already done in current version)

	be careful with what version of rpm 4.0.2 your using. Some
	widely circulated versions were pulled out of pre-alpha
	rawhide trees and have known bugs.
