The RSS viewer is entirely experimental at the moment. Most of the code for
it is in a branch on cvs (name starts with "post-"). It's very unlikely to
work. At the moment it's all first-cut code Andy wrote and no one else has
even compiled it yet.

We don't have specific plans to do it at the moment, nor is there anyone who
has suggested that we should not do it. So it might be in a release soon,
but there's no one that's really signed up to work on this.
