[Nautilus-list] Font loading crash

Nautilus was crashing on me earlier when I tried to start it, and I did
a trace in gdb.  It crashed in the same place several times, but the
last time I started it it did not crash.  I'm trying to learn for my
classes, so I can't take any time to try to debug this so I'm posting it
here for anyone who is interested.
