[Nautilus-list] What's with pkg-config 0.7.0?

I noticed about a week ago that gnome-vfs now requires pkg-config 0.7.0
to compile.  I also noticed tonight that gnome-common requires it as
well, although it doesn't check for version numbers during autogen.
Where can I get this version?  Sourceforge shows that 0.6.0 is the
latest version, and that's the version number that got returned when I
grabbed it from anoncvs.
