[Nautilus-list] fix for "Activating 'OAFIID:Bonobo_Moniker_Oaf' returned nothing"

Recently a problem was introduced where at launch of Nautilus the console
would spit out a few lines of Bonobo-related warnings, and the Nautilus
throbber would not appear (see bugzilla.eazel.com 5724).

The real problem was fixed a day or two ago, but some people continue to see
the symptom. We just discovered that the symptom can be triggered by stale
installed oafinfo files, even though the underlying code that generates the
bad files is fixed.

To eliminate this once and for all from your machine, run the following
command:

rm $PREFIX/share/oaf/Bonobo*oafinfo

where you have to fill in $PREFIX. If you're using eazel-hacking scripts,
$PREFIX is /gnome

There's no need to rebuild after running this command.
