As for the other bugs and issues, I think you should make sure they are
in Eazel's bugzilla (http://bugzilla.eazel.com/), or add them as bug
reports if they are not already there.
In my personal experience Eazel people are *very* responsive to bug
reports in Bugzilla, and bug reports there will definately get
attention. On mailing lists and IRC, bugs often tend to get forgotten,
as you have already noticed, so you'll do yourself a favor in making
sure they are in Bugzilla if you want them taken care of and resolved.
