[Nautilus-list] Latest smooth font checkins

I just finished the task of getting the icon view in smooth graphics
mode to use rsvg/freetype2.  I've tested it quite a bit and written
tests for the stuff.  

However, if for whatever reason this gives you grief, theres a way to
#undef the changes in nautilus-icon-canvas-item.c.  This is very
temporary.  Ill take it out as soon as some more people test it.  Also,
let me know about issues with this.

Theres are some performance issues of course.  Im planning to attach
these next along with the fucked fonts on startup problems everyone
keeps whinning to me about.
