[Nautilus-list] GTkhtml Compile Failure ?

System RH7.0, kernel2.2.16-22
gcc-2.96-54
Downloaded all modules to compile tarballs

Everything fine until gtkhtml; ./configure --prefix=/usr/local OK
Make error:
htmlengine.h:30:27: pspell/pspell.h: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [gtkhtml-embedded.lo] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/gtkhtml-0.6.1/src'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/gtkhtml-0.6.1'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

I believe error caused by ./configure settings which I have used for all 
files, libghttp, oaf, GConf, gnome-vfs, bonobo as pspell is installed in 
/usr/lib/ & /usr/share/pspell

How do I correct?
