Did something like this in a Java project,  where there was only room
for one ``decoration'' on an Icon.  If there was more than one,  we
had the decoration ``fly-out'' on mouse-over and you could chose from
all the decorations. Removing the mouse from the fly-out bar collapsed
it again.
