[Nautilus-list] more help required : compilation

thanks to Fatih Demir I got a tarball of the latest source, I then
needed to get gtkhtml, after installing this and starting on nautilus I
then needed oaf (install 0.2 then 0.3, attempting 0.3 on its own
failed), then GConf, then gnet and lastly ghttp (libghttp 1.0.6 latest I
could find), the next problem was that I needed ghttp-config, I have
searched for this and can find no mention of it, 

can anyone please point me at a tarball of it ? and will there be any
more suprises like this ?
