Hey!
Thanks to Robin Slomkowski, Scott Ware & Don Melton's efforts this
week, Red Hat 6.2 users can now download and install hourly development
builds of Nautilus through the Eazel Installer!
These builds are the same ones you'd be receiving from
<http://nautilus.eazel.com/testing/download.html> --- just a lot more
conveniently and easily.
To do this:
1. Download a recent Eazel Installer build.
The build date of your installer is shown in the title bar. The
November 29th build was just posted, fixes many bugs --- and is the only
one we tested this with ;) --- so you're best off with that one.
2. Launch the installer:
sh eazel-installer.sh --server=triggerfish.eazel.com --port=8888
If the installer isn't able to download packages, please note that
triggerfish is a development server. It may be down as much as 30% of
the day. (It normally goes down around 11:00 AM Pacific Time.)
3. Remember to report any new bugs that you find at
bugzilla.eazel.com. ;)
Happy hacking,
Eli
