[Nautilus-list] Reducing the Nautilus ChangeLog

Doing this by mv-ing the ,v files on the CV server would be slightly
problematic. We would not be able to perfectly reproduce old releases
by doing cvs -r RELEASE_TAG or older versions by cvs -D date.

Last time the ChangeLog got rolled over, someone did it "wrong" by
just copying the ChangeLog to another file, and removing everything
from ChangeLog except a message about the ChangeLog roll over.

At the time we were annoyed, but it did not seem to cause any real
problems.

Would it be OK if I rolled over the ChangeLog this way instead of the
fancy CVS magic way?
