[Nautilus-list] Mozilla component updated to grok mozilla m17

I changed the mozilla component to be able to grok the just released
mozilla m17 milsetone.  

I also changed the configure.in script to detect whether your installed
mozilla milestone is m16 or m17.

These changes were made to both the cvs HEAD of nautilus and the
eazel-nautilus-demo-2 branch.

For hackers using eazel-hacking, all that is needed:

update
rebuild

Otherwise, the easiest way to get the mozilla m17 milestone into your
system is to use Chris Blizzard's RPMS, which are available from his
website and here too:
