[Nautilus-list] killall oafd

Due to a bug in OAF <http://bugzilla.eazel.com/show_bug.cgi?id=501>, and
other related issues you need to do "killall oafd" after installing a new
OAF, or a new version of any module that has a change to .oafinfo files,
like Nautilus.

At some point we will get this issue resolved. Until then, make sure you do
it if you are having trouble with Nautilus *before* sending in bug reports
or complaining on IRC :-)
