[Muine] NEW PRE-RELEASE: 0.8.5pre1

Hey folks!

There's a new pre-release of muine, available here:

This release is largely intended to quite the vocal minority who seem to
think we just must have a muine release that targets Gstreamer 0.10. You
know who you are.

Couple of notes:

* Those with wiki access, please don't add info about this to the
  website, the site will be updated when there is a final release.

* Packagers; I've made some autotools tweaks to fix a few paths, make
  distcheck work, etc. Please let me know if anything has broken.

* Translators: Please get any new translations in, I'm hoping to do a
  final 0.8.5 in no more than a week.
