[3/6] "Show Window" check menu, (bug #312498) -
Most, but not all applications I've found that hide to the notification area
have one item "Show Window" which is a check item for either showing or not
showing the window. I've cooked up a patch a while ago to do this, if this is
a desired switch.  I'm for this, but don't really feel strongly one way or the
other.
