[Muine] Proble trying to get Tray Icon

Hi guys. I have the 0.8.3 version of muine, and I can't get the try
icon, see:
jp shawn:~/src $ mcs -target:library -out:TrayIcon.dll TrayIcon.cs
-pkg:muine-plugin
TrayIcon.cs(25) error CS0234: The type or namespace name `Posix' could
not be found in namespace `Mono'
Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warnings
jp shawn:~/src $

That's. I don't know why it's giving that error (I'm not a programmer,
I'm a user).
