I don't think EasyTag supports multiple fields. ExFlaso (I think thats
the name, it comes with Quod Libet) supports it, as well as many
others.

Eventhough, If there's an Belle & Sebastian album which there's a
guest artist on some track on it, it shouldn't be hard to figure that
the album is by 'Belle & Sebastian and Guest Artist', even if there's
no multiple artists fields. What am I missing then?
