Hi,

Another prerelease. What's new:
- API change in IPlayer: IPlayer.WindowFocused has been obsoleted by the
new IPlayer.Window. IPlayer.Window should also allow plug-in dialogs to
be parented properly.
- Additions to the plugin/dbus client development docs.
- Build fixes
- Another round of code cleanups
- Updated translations (Russian and Japanese)
