[Muine] Muine-shell: control Muine from the command line

Hi all

Announcing muine-shell, a program for controlling Muine from the command
line via DBus.  Handy for shell scripts and connecting to keyboard
shortcuts in your window manager.  Why use a separate program?  Well,
it's written in C, so it's much faster than starting up Mono.  It also
currently offers more options than Muine.
