Good news, I found the problem: the package requires your mono-data package
too.
When I installed it, it fixed the problem. The first line of the error gave
me a hint.

Hi,
Since I have no clue and you're the second person to report this, I've
included the muine mailinglist and I hope that Jorn or one of his
colleagues has a clue :)
This is still Muine 0.6.3, since newer versions require a too new
gtk-sharp. I'm waiting for a new stable gtk-sharp release.
