[Muine] Audioscrobbler plugin

Hi all

A bug has been discovered (thanks to Eric Gillingham) whereby local
times are used rather than UTC (the danger of coding too close to
Greenwich!).  Also, there is now a much improved dialog box thanks to
Peter Oliver.
