After a too long period of inactivity I can finally present you Muine
0.8.3pre1. Please test, and update translations if necessary! If this
works like it should, I'm going to push out 0.8.3.

New is the dependency on Gtk# 1.9.2, as well as.

- Added workarounds for the various limitations of the GStreamer
  backend,  the GStreamer backend is now the default [Jorn]
